Who We Are
We are a team of experienced professionals who work collaboratively with our clients to make sense of complexity. We identify and implement strategic, practical solutions to help our clients meet their goals.
Co-Owners and Principals, Dr. Jay Adamsson and Michelle L. MacDonald, both have over 20 years of experience in providing solutions for clients across Canada within government, the not-for-profit, and small business sectors.
AOR Solutions is a registered tradename of Jay Adamsson Consulting, Inc. Jay Adamsson Consulting Inc. was established in 2003 by Jay, and federally incorporated in 2008. Michelle became a co-owner in 2014. We were initially branded under the registered trade name Analytic-OR until 2018 when we rebranded under the registered tradename AOR Solutions. Jay Adamsson Consulting Inc. also operates under the registered tradename AOR Web Solutions and AOR 360.

Our Process
- Identify — we begin all our projects by learning as much as possible about our client’s culture, objectives and goals and then clearly identifying the problem.
- Research — we then collect information, research and analyze data to identify strategic options for our clients.
- Develop — we develop practical, strategic options and recommendations to address the unique needs of our clients.
- Implement — we create actionable implementation plans and work with our clients to implement their chosen solution.
